Franck, a formally French trained chef. Emma, a foodie and lover of a healthy lifestyle decided to settle in South Western Australia after travelling the world to experience the simple life. That’s right - the magic happens in Dunsborough, Western Australia. A town with such untouched beauty, an enthusiasm for food and a community that supports small producers.
